A great product stuck in inefficient loops

When we took over Filterbaby's ad account, the structure was over-fragmented. Despite strong creative and real product demand, the account was stuck spinning its wheels.

The bones were there. The product was great, the creative was solid. But the account architecture was holding everything back.


Rebuild, test, scale — in that order

01. Account Rebuild

Consolidated overlapping audiences, shifted to fewer high-signal ad sets, and centralized budget into scalable CBO frameworks. This let Meta's algorithm learn faster with real volume.

02. Creative Testing Engine

Launched 5–10 new ad concepts per week. Every brief was informed by thumbstop rate, CTR by angle, and add-to-cart-to-purchase drop-offs. Rapid iteration on hooks, problem framing, and lifestyle UGC.

03. Whitelisted Authority Content

Partnered with celebrity hair stylists, beauty creators, and dermatologists. Identified content that already performed organically and whitelisted it into the ad account as high-converting paid assets.

04. BFCM Promo Layer

During November, layered in BOGO offers, promo-first creative, urgency + scarcity framing, and retargeting support to push cold traffic into the funnel during peak demand.
